He has an attorney but they probally won't speak with him until the day of his hearing.
I'm just wondering what the hearing is for, does he plead that day and do they sentence him on that day?
He is being charged with a misdemenor grade act: sexual battery.
susposedly on his eight yr.old sister. he is 13 yrs.old
and has never done this before nor has he ever gotten in trouble before. I was just needing to know what they might do to him.... :cry:
