    Default Can Your Spouse Seek Alimony if You Divorce Over Nonpaternity

    A California man married a woman who was pregnant because she told him that he was the only possible father. He no longer believes that he is the father. If he proves nonpaternity and divorces her, can she still seek spousal support?
