Just a general practice attorney but you would spend
more in attorneys fees than the cost of the bill and the attorneys fees would not be recoverable
I spoke with the insurance company again and they contacted the dr to see if they coded something wrong. The dr replied that everything was coded correctly. The bottom line is the insurance company only allows 6 facet injections per year. When the dr did the 2nd "test injections" that he said was required by my insurance, that put me over the allowable limit therefore I am responsible. I can not believe that the dr can outright lie to me about insurance requiring the 2nd test run and that there is nothing I can do about it.
Thanks for everyone's input and I'm open to any more advice I can get on this matter.
