Default Burglary of an Abandoned Home

My question involves criminal law for the state of: NY I have to go to court for burglary in the 3rd degree for breaking into an abandoned house and smoking weed. It is my first time getting in trouble with the law. I got arrested and everything that goes along with that. Recently I just stole $5 worth of alcohol from a gas station and was definitely caught on camera. I did this out of depression but now greatly regret it. I am so paranoid and distressed. Definitely learned my lesson and I didn't even get caught. Just paranoid its on camera and I'm already in trouble so I don't want to add on to that. I'm only 16 so I am underage for alcohol itself. Will the authorities get me or pursue after me?

Your age matters not. They either are or they aren't. I can't tell you which because my crystal ball is out for cleaning. But IF they do, or for that matter IF they don't, it won't be because of your age.

They sure can, and will if they can identify you. But first things first. The owner of the gas station would have to report this crime to the police in order for them to start an investigation.

And you are probably going to ask "how long will it take for the police to arrest me"? That all depends how long it takes to identify you.
