Default Can Your Landlord Bring in a New Tenant During Your Notice Period

An Oregon tenant gave notice and paid rent through the end of his tenancy, but moved out before the end of that period. The landlord has found a new tenant who has moved in, even though the notice period has not ended. Can the landlord bring in a new tenant during a time for which the former tenant has paid rent?

If the tenant has surrendered possession to the landlord then, yes, the landlord may bring in a new tenant.
