    Default Understanding Docket Entries

    about my case??

    "MOTION FOR RETURN OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ALL EVIDENCE BELONGING TO THE DEFENDANT AND NOT IN ACTUAL FOFEITURE PROCEEDINGS"

    "NOTICE OF POTENTIAL CONFLICT AND REQUEST FOR PRE-TRIAL DETERMINATION"

    Any help is appreciated!

    Somebody asked the court to return the defendant's personal property and any other evidence that is not involved in the forfeiture lawsuit.

    Somebody else filed a notice of potential conflict (but it doesn't say what) and asks that the court resolve it before the trial.
