Default What to Do About Late Filings by a Divorce Petitioner

My question involves a marriage in the state of: California. What do you do if you are the respondant and the petitioner is supposed to fill out a declaration and is dragging their feet on turning it in. They have been filling out the paperwork wrong intentionally to stall the divorce and im done waiting. Is there anything i can do to speed up the process? We have gone to trial came to an agreement and all that is left is their declaration.

What paperwork are we talking about? The Final Declaration of Disclosure?

What has been incorrect with the documents they have filed, how many times have submissions been rejected by the court, and why do you believe the errors are intentional?

Yes the final declaration of disclosure. She has turned in the paperwork 2 times without my signature when i told her i needed to sign it before she turned it in. I cant seem to push things along because the court said its all up to her.
