Default Can You Restrict a Co-Tenant's Guests if They're Not on the Lease

A couple leased a home, and broke up while living in the home. The ex-girlfriend is the only tenant on the lease, although they split the rent. While they finish out the lease term, can she forbid her ex-boyfriend from having certain house guests over to the home?

This is a question about his new girlfriend(s)? However you slice it, he's a tenant in the home (if not the landlord, then hers) and he cannot be refused reasonable access to the premises for his invited guests. Awkward, yes, but that's the risk of sharing a home.
