    Default Can a Part-Time Worker Sue for Sexual Harassment

    Do you have to be a full-time employee to sue a co-worker for sexual harassment, or do part-time workers also qualify to sue?

    Any employee may sue for sexual harassment -- but such a claim would normally be brought against the employer (or employer and employee) following a report to the employer of the problem and, if they were unsuccessful in stopping the harassment, an EEOC complaint (or report to a similar state agency). Read this.
