Default Can Your Landlord Evict You at the End of a Three-Day Notice

A Florida landlord posted a three-day notice on her tenant's door, and told him that if he's not out in exactly three days she'll be back with the police to have him thrown out. Can she in fact throw him out at that time?

The three-day notice is her first step toward eviction. To remove him, she would need to file an eviction action in court and obtain a court order.
