parental concent wouldnt be a problem,the job wont be either.
Right now you have neither. Work on those first. Parental consent means "both" parents and they have to begin process!
The statute does not require initiation of emancipation by both parents, although if the non-moving parent has custody rights and opposes the petition in most cases the odds of it being granted could be expected decrease significantly.
