Default Starting a Holdings Company to Invest in International and Local Business

My question involves business law in the state of: Washington

Hi, I am trying to start a holding company for investing into local business (Washington state) and international companies (Russia). I am seeking advice with the structure of the company and how to form it in the most tax efficient way.

    Thank You

Then I recommend that you see a tax attorney and business attorney both in the U.S. and in Russia to help you figure out the best structure to use for both countries. What you are asking is not something that has an easy one size fits all answer. The details of the businesses you wish to conduct will matter a great deal.
