Default How to Get a Replacement I-94 for Immigration

A person who entered the U.S. as a minor on a B1/B2 visa is married to a U.S. citizen, and wants to adjust her status, but she does not have her I-94 from when she entered the United States. What can she do to get a copy for purposes of adjusting her status based on marriage to a citizen?

You can get a replacement copy of your I-94 by filing form I-102 with the USCIS.
