A U.S. Citizen is completing Form I-130 for her father, and in doing so she realized that she should not have answered "no" to a question about prior names used when she helped him with a prior visa application. She has since realized that some of her father's legal documents include his full name -- first, middle and last -- but her impression was that he only used his first and last names on legal documents. Should she file an addendum to the past application, or will it be sufficient to list the additional name on the Form I-130, while submitting copies of the legal documents that include the use of the full name?
