I'm driving slowly in the right lane in the snow. Light turns yellow at the intersection I'm approaching and I brake to stop. Bad luck, my car skids into the intersection and goes a bit into the left lane. I'm in the middle of the intersection and briefly nothing happens. Then, out of nowhere, another car heading the same way is in the left lane and our cars collide.
If the other car went through a red light and/or was driving too fast for the conditions, who's at fault? Me? The other guy? Both of us?
Thanks!
