    There is no such thing as a "minute order hearing", as such, but I suspect that you are attempting to describe a hearing that results in a minute order.

    Often at the conclusion of a court hearing, one of the parties is required to prepare a written order that complies with the court's order as stated on the record, for approval and entry by the court.

    A minute order instead is a document that reflects what the court stated on the record, with that document serving as the order of the court.
