Default How to Get a Court to Approve Emancipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Missouri. I just wanted to know what exactly would i need to say to get the court to understand how to approve my emancipation.
I know its difficult and i need to be able to show them. I honestly just have been moved around and thrown out its started to effect my health to where my thyroid started acting up and my hair would start falling out i lived with my grandparents until i was 7 because of abuse. I have lived with my grandparents since i was 7 i grew us seeing them throw my siblings out sending them to foster care and or group homes. i have seen how my siblings have turned out and i don't want to turn out the same way. My grandparents have recently kicked me out and were signing guardian ship over to my sisters old foster prents they are good people just honestly they have threatened me and i dont feel safe at times. im thinking about moving to my sisters in missouri but she has 5 kids and has a difficult time taking carae of them let alone another kid... my brother also has his life with his gf and 2 kids i dont know how financially stable he is but at the moment i need a stable place. I handle school i have all A's and 2 B's i am currently looking for a job so that i can save up for a year before wanting to move. im currently 15 and ant start emancipation until im 16 i would just appreciate it if you could help explain to me how to explain to them how i feel

In future, please keep all related questions in one thread.

In all honesty, you'd have a much better chance of having your sister apply for guardianship of you than you would be of being emancipated, which almost NEVER happens. The court is starting with the pre-conceived idea that it is NOT in your best interest to be emancipated and there are so many other options, emancipation is the last option on the list and not the first. You'd not only have to show why it was in your best interest not to live with your grandparents any more, but also why emancipation would be better than foster care, group homes, other relatives, etc.

Please don't start new threads about the same topic. Keep your questions in one thread.

You need to understand that "best interest" isn't the standard here. Emancipation is a means of giving a minor who, through no fault of their own, find themselves needing the legal ability to get the electric switched on in their name, and things like that.
