Ok so basicaly, to file for emancipation is USELESS. Because I know my mother isnt ganna sign for me to do this... She wont give her consent for me to be emancipated.
You figure that if your EMACIPATED (*being able to live on your own and to provide for yourself*) that you should be able to do what you please.
None of this solves my problems..
So I guess Just to stick it out for another year and 5 months is ganna have to be my choice
But, you are not emancipated, therefore you are not able to do as you please.

You should consider talking with your school counselor about the problems you are having at home.
