Default Wisconsin 5 day and 28 day served same day

    Hello,

Does the landlord need to wait for the five day period to see if you pay or quit, before he can serve a 28 day notice to terminate tenancy? Never received a notice from the landlord before.

    Anybody know?

I appreciate any helpful answers, as far as Wis law.

    Thank you.

    MM

Do you have a lease? If so, when does it expire and what grounds are stated as a basis for early termination?
