Default How Can a Naturalized U.S. Citizen Bring a Child Into the U.S.

A naturalized United States Citizen had a child with a woman in Mexico (a Mexican citizen), six months before his naturalization. The child is now eight, and both parents want him to move to the U.S. to live with his father. How can the father bring the child into the U.S., and will the child qualify for citizenship?
