    Default How to Get Back Wages if You Were Improperly Classified as Exempt

    A California worker was recently switched from exempt to non-exempt in response to new regulations, and when that happened she discovered that she has been improperly classified as exempt for the past two years due to her low wages. Can she get compensation for the overtime she worked during that period?
