Although Colorado is a no-fault state for divorce, if you cause your spouse to lose her job the court could factor that into its division of the marital estate. It's possible that you would give your spouse grounds to sue you, as you would appear to need to go into her email and phone in order to get the evidence. If you have children and she gets custody, you could increase your child support obligation.....
All in all, it's best to leave the employer out of it.
