    Default 2nd degree burglary

I was wondering if there was a statute of limitation for 2nd degree burglary in Iowa once a warrant has been issued for someone.

The statute of limitations stops running once charges are filed, which means that it won't run after the warrant is issued.

The warrant will be good till doomsday or whenever the court clerk loses it, whichever comes first.

This is not a game of tag!
