    Default Can Consensual Sex that Turns Into Forced Sex Result in a Rape Charge

    In Colorado, if two people consent to sex and then one person tries to stop and says "no", can the other person be charged with rape if he doesn't stop?

    Under Colorado law, consent to sex may be withdrawn at any time, and once consent is withdrawn the other partner must stop or he will become subject to sexual assault charges.
