    Default Can an Employer Change Your Job Duties Based on a Vague Job Description

    Can an employer in California assign an employee to perform tasks based upon a vague job description, even though the employee had a clear understanding when hired that those tasks would not be part of the job? Can the employee enforce the employer's oral promises?
