Do you have a legal or constitutional right to preach the Bible on public property if it is open to the public?
Whether or not you can preach on private property depends upon the facts, and in most cases upon who owns the property and whether they authorize your presence. In some contexts, such as the proverbial "company town", the owner of the property may be limited in their right to restrict speech activity on their property. In other contexts, such as your being invited to preach by your church or inviting people to listen to your sermons in your home, there is no problem.
But in most contexts, if the owner tells you that you're not welcome to preach, you are expected to stop and can be ordered to leave -- and if you don't leave when instructed you can potentially be charged with trespassing. You don't have the right to walk into a private venue such as a church, shopping mall, stage show, movie theater, or other private venue and start preaching without the owner's permission.
