    Default When Must a Landlord Notify a Cosigner that a Tenant Stopped Paying Rent

    If you cosign for a tenant, and the tenant stops paying rent, is the landlord required to provide you with notice that the tenant is behind on the rent and, if so, how soon is that notice required?
