Default What Happens if You Take a Second Job in Violation of Employer Policies

An employee signed an employment contract that provides,
    Quote Quoting Exclusivity.
During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall devote his/her full-time to providing services exclusively as directed by Employer and shall not perform services for others.
If the employee takes a second, part-time job, what consequences could result under Maryland law?
