My question involves court procedures for the state of: Texas

I was fired for cause in 2012. I had a relocation package including temporary living, etc. of $110K. The company is suing me to recover the costs. They have not received a judgement as of this time. I own my own business currently, although I am the sole employee.

1. It will take me a long time to repay $110K. If they get a judgement, can I get payments? If so, is there a time limit (meaning I have to pay it all back in X years)? I know it depends on how much I make annually, but I can probably pay around $3K a month. Is this something possible?
2. Can they garnish my wage? I am the sole employee, so if they garnish my LLC, then that means I can't pay house payments, car payments, etc.?

Thanks for your help.
