    Default What to Do if You Believe Your Landlord is Stealing Electricity

    If you live in an apartment building, and your electricity bill seems very high for the size of the unit, how do you find out if your landlord is stealing electricity to power common areas? The tenant suspects that may be happening, but does not know how to prove it.
