    Default Ohio emancipation law help

I am 15 years old and preganant. I would really like to become emancipated and move back down to texas where my entire life and future have already been established and researched. I currently live in Ohio and am stuck here with my mother and step-father. When I move down to Texas, I plan on stayng with my boyfriends parents while remaining in school and with my boyfriend. He is 17 and will be 18 in late october of this year. Is there any information anyone knows on how we caan get out and establish our own lives, family, and home?

    Default Ohio Emancipation

In Ohio, you can only become emancipated through lawful marriage, or through enlistment in the Armed Forces. If your marriage or service end before your 18th birthday, you are again subject to the custody of your parents.
