It's up to the USCIS. Let it be their problem and move on with your life.

    Thumbs down Re: Immigation fraud

Mr. knowitall, don't be so rude !!
A lot of people come to this forum to ask questions, and yes, some may be stupid's ones, yet innocent.
I agree we all need to get on with our live's, but at the same time register our complaints, ask questions and maybe learn as well.
To do nothing just lets these men and women do more of the same, Immigration (green card) fraud is a crime, and people are frustrated. Our government does nothing. Are you sure that you don't work for USCIS, as that seems to be there attitude as well. They do nothing,,, they just want everyone to get along.!

    Question Re: Immigation fraud

I called and talked to the Social Security Administration
They told me that when the Annulment petition that was served, is not answered where as you win by default, where as in cases of immigration (green card) fraud, that they are asking people to put in the in the final papers for the judge to sign to make it final, to instruct (order) that the respondent to cease to use there Social Security numbers for employment. Then to send them a copy of the final papers, they will then "red flag" and cancel the card (numbers) then sent notification to Immigration. They said that they do report to the INS, but sometimes it can take months,, this way they will do it immediately.
Sounds like a good idea, but of all the reading I have done on the Internet, I have never seen this,
    Does anyone have any comments?

The last person to respond to your thread was rudely attacked by you, so hopefully no one else will bother...
