Default Will the USCIS Be Suspicious of Remarriage Shortly After Divorce

A man was married for more than seven years, but his marriage broke up. After his divorce, his wife canceled his petition for permanent residency. His driver's license is expired, and he can't renew it due to the cancellation of his petition. He is engaged, and his fiancée is willing to sponsor him, but he is worried that the USCIS will be suspicious of a marriage that occurs within only a couple of months of his divorce. What should he do?
