A tenant in Pennsylvania is 1-1/2 months behind in her rent. The landlord went to her apartment, and found that everything is still there but she is nowhere to be found. The neighboring tenant said that she said that she was going out of state to visit her boyfriend, and left six weeks before. The tenant's daughter is staying with a friend in the apartment building, and told the landlord that she hasn't heard from her mother. How can the landlord get the right to clear out the apartment and rent it to a new tenant.
