    Is a landlord required to provide a washer and dryer for a single family home in Florida?

    No, the landlord is not required to provide a washer and dryer. If you want to rent premises with those appliances, you need to make sure` that they're present in the premises that you are renting and, if so, check to see what the lease says about repair or replacement if they stop functioning.
