My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Is there no way I can get my money back on product that hasent been shipped. This is their return policy: "All sales are final. No returns. We do exchanges! As soon as your product(s) is/are purchased, it is considered YOUR item, in which we are not able to refund the merchandise. Although we know every situation is different, so we like to deal with each one accordingly to resolve any issues. We do exchanges! Product(s) must be in the condition you received them in, and must be sent back under your own will to our warehouse. Product(s) must be sent back within 7 calendar days after it was received." this is from an online store. please help as I feel like I was scammed. This is based out of california might I mention.
