talk with your local prosecuting attorneys office. The police are not attorneys and are sometimes limited in their understanding of the laws.

a prosecuting attorney would more corrrectly advise as to any laws being broken.
it would seem that a stalking statute may be applicable.
depending upon the type of porn, their are laws against such transmissions as well. I would think there would be some control concerning the unsolicited transmission of porn as well.
