    My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Maryland.

    How to Find a Personal Injury Lawyer, Who Isn't Afraid to Face Trial ?
    ================================================== ==

    Thanks for your suggestions/replies to my thread. I posted the situation in the threads related to auto accidents. I do not believe on TV lawyers or Bill Board lawyers. That is the reason , I am posting this thread get ideas .

    I did review some threads, where folks hired attorney to help but ended up with lawsuit on hired attorney.

    I am looking for guidance to get a lawyer, who put client interest first and work on reasonable terms and not afraid to face trial.

    What are the resources to use?

    How did you guys hire Lawyer in your situation?

    What are the red flags to watch on finding lawyer?

    Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks for weighing in.

    I hired an attorney to represent me. The judgement came for personal injury of accident. My lawyer did not ask for property loss in the trial.

    Are there any avenues to file a claim for property loss based on personal injury judgement?

    I mean injury judgement determined that defendant was liable for this accident.

    Thanks for sharing.

    You need a face to face appointment with a local attorney. I am not sure that you still are able to attempt a property loss case at this point, but a local attorney is in a better position to advise you.
