My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: alabama I got put on suspension because an co worker told another co worker I was HIV positive the other coworker felt some kind of way and went and told management the co worker never got fired but I was put on suspension because she knew she was fixing to get terminated for her actions so she went and told management I threw a trash can at her. is this fair what should I do I called all around and no attorney will take my case
