Default How to Keep a Child Away from Somebody Who Performed a DNA Test Without Your Consent

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Florida

I dropped my son of with his grandma. *not really related her son (James) stepped up and told every one he was the father when he found out the real one walked out. James and his girlfriend also live there. The girlfriend wanted to show everyone my son was not blood related so she did a DNA test without me knowing. At this point at i dont want the woman anywhere around my child what can i do besides not let him over there to see the only father figure and grandparents he knows

Default Re: DNA Test Without Concent

Did James become legally the father? As in sign an AOP? Is there anything established thru the courts?

If there is nothing in the court, why don't you just talk to James and ask him not to bring the GF around?

In addition, you are going to find that most people here do not condone lying to children about who their parents are. At any age. By lying you are creating can of worms that will almost certainly have a negative impact on your son's future.
