Default Can You Keep Lump Sum Alimony if You Quickly Remarry

A couple divorced and, instead of periodic alimony, the husband agreed to pay the wife lump sum alimony in gross. She remarried very soon after the divorce. Can he get back any of the lump sum spousal support that he paid to her?
