Default How to Stop Somebody from Taking Away Power of Attorney

A man has held a durable power of attorney for his elderly father for more than two years. The father executed an updated power of attorney eight weeks ago, with the help of an attorney. The man's sister has since come back home, and has filed a petition to be appointed as conservator. How can the man keep her from taking away his authority under the power of attorney? What will happen at the court hearing?
