If you get contacted by the police or by a Blizzard attorney, that may be the time to consult an attorney of your own. Until then, there isn’t much you need to do, other than stop violating the Blizzard TOS by trying to sell accounts you don’t own. While it’s unlikely that this one incident will amount to anything, the more of it you do the more likely it is that some legal action will result against you because of it.
