    Default Can You Sue Over Services Your Landlord Fails to Provide

    A tenant in California has been renting a home for sixteen years. The lease states that the landlord will provide monthly gardening services. The tenant has seen a gardener at the premises only a few times over the entire sixteen years. Can the tenant sue the landlord for breach of contract?
