Default What Cases Can Department of Human Services Employees Access

    Oregon
so I'm just wondering if my ex husband remarries a woman who works for the department of human services {D.H.S} welfare, and I have been involved with child protective services in the past, wouldn't the new said wife than have to do some sort of cross reference check? and wouldn't it than become a case sensitive file so that she wouldn't be allowed access to my records?

I don't think you have anything to worry about, Tinkerbella.
