Default How Much Notice to Move Out is a Roommate Entitled to Receive

A woman in Georgia is renting a room in a house. She was told by the master tenant that she needs to move out within thirty days. This was oral notice, not written. The woman argued that she is entitled to sixty days notice under Georgia law. The master tenant responded that the woman is a boarder and is not entitled to any notice at all. The woman does not want to move in the middle of a holiday and can't get housing assistance on such short notice, so she doesn't want to move within sixty days. How much notice is she entitled to receive?
