My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
I was arrested 3 years ago and accepted a 3 year probation with felony charge and now I'm in the medical field. Will Identity theft fail me from passing a live scan?

Will Live Scan produce a record of a three-year-old felony conviction? That's highly likely.
Will it affect your prospective employer's decision as to whether or not to give you a job? That's up to the employer.
I'd certainly not want you anywhere near patient records.
That depends on the specific position you have sought in the medical field and the specific offense for which you were convicted. But, a conviction for any form of larceny may be a career ender. And, if your chosen profession requires specific licensing with the state, it may prevent you from obtaining said license.
