To answer the subject heading question, one would hope that one or both of them would be willing to put on their big girl/big boy panties, behave like intelligent adults, and reach a reasonable decision. Failing that, they would go back to court and let the judge make the decision for them since they're not grown-up enough to make it themselves.

Yeah, but daddy has a nine month old and two more on the way with two different women.
    Your bias is showing.

I was making a joke...I make the same joke about my granddaughter's father, considering that her half sister is only a couple of months older than she is. Women cannot have two children that are not at least about 11 months apart. Men can have dozens of children that are all the same age if they get crazy enough.

Considering he's so caught up in her and spending money and forgetting about her needs yes I worry about her when she's with him (aka not his kid) also she's coming home with a blistered privates parts when I send her just fine to him. So yes i am very consern when she's with him my kids are my main priority not my "lover".

If this is true, your actions say the child is not your priority. Have you taken the child to her doctor ? Have you called CPS ?

So how many times have you taken her to the doctor with "blistered privates parts"? Every time, right? Your children are NOT your main priority. Your child's last name AND child support are. Per this thread.
