Default Is a Leave of Absence a Sufficient Response to Sexual Harassment

An employer received reports of sexual harassment from a worker, and found that the allegations against her supervisor were substantiated. They responded by suspending the supervisor and instructing him to get whatever help he needs to stop his behavior, but have indicated that they will restore him to his position at the end of his suspension. Is that a legally adequate response to sexual harassment?
