The debt is no longer enforceable under the statute of limitations. Between that fact and the fact that the hospital is closed, the person is probably being contacted by a junk debt buyer and they are probably making the contact based upon a name match without much concern for if they are billing the correct person. You can ignore the bill or, if they contact you again, instruct them to stop contacting you.
